The upper body runs from the head to the hips.

Here we've divided it in 6 main muscle groups:

  1. The neck,

  2. The shoulder girdle (including the rotator cuffs),

  3. The chest and shoulders (including the rib cage),

  4. The arms,

  5. The back,

  6. The abdominals (including the deep core muscles)
