FREESTANDING PROGRAMS
You’d like to some help with your training routine but are not looking for a long term coaching? That’s what the freestanding programs are for!
This service is for complete beginner to intermediate gym-goer, working on a serious specific goal or lifting for fun.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1/ We talk
The first step is to have a chat and make sure that I can help you.
If yes we will arrange a call to talk about your goals, needs and experiences. Just as with long term coaching we’re also going to assess how you move and pinpoint where you start from. Once we have a big picture we will draft the blueprints of your plan together.
This call lasts as long as needed and we will decide a price then.
2/ I write your program
I’ll work on the program based on everything we talked and agreed on. The program will be done on a Google sheet where you’ll find the exercises videos, volume (sets, reps, etc), intensity and individualised tips. Depending on it's specificity and complexity I will need more or less time to work on your program but you can usually expect in within a week.
3/ You practice
Once your program is ready you’re set to train! I’m available for one month to give form feedbacks, answer your questions and make practical changes to the program. After that you’re free to enjoy yourself in full autonomy. If after a few month you’d like an update to your program just let me know and we’ll arrange an other call.

WHAT IT COSTS:
From 80€ to 130€

A detailed training program with exercised videos adapted to your needs and goals,

One month of follow up, technical feedbacks, and the opportunity to ask questions to someone who knows their job.
The price will depend on how complex your program is, how many hours I need to work on it, and if I need to record specific exercise videos.
For example: if your program is a classic 6-8 weeks strength training plan the price might be on the lower end of the spectrum. If your program includes multiple types of physical activity (like strength + running in the case of a race) or multiple periodisations the price might be on the higher end.
We will agree on a price during our call before anything is done, so you’re in control of your expenses.
