PERSONAL COACHING
This individualised coaching is for anyone who wants to work the whole or parts of the deep health spectrum: training, food, habits, stress, sleep, mindset etc with the help of a mentor.
​There are absolutely no knowledge or equipment requirements, beginner, athlete, teacher or performer, we start from where you are and build from there.
My goal is to teach you what you need to know in order for you
to keep going on your own when you feel ready to. ​
HOW IT WORKS:

We meet
Our story starts with a (free) call, to meet and see if I’m the right help for you. During that time I’ll ask many questions and you’ll tell me all about you, your goals, wishes and possible limitations.

We assess and plan
Once we’ve assessed your goals and current mobility, I’ll build a program that will evolve with you. This is also where we start deep diving in your current eating and sleep habits. The programs, videos and extra resources are on a dedicated app. The one thing you’re doing alone is training.

You do the work
Once you have all the tools, it’s time to get started. Follow the plan(s), practice and learn as you do. I’m here to answer to your questions, give you technical feedbacks and correct you, help you take a step back, set up concrete actions, etc. We’re in contact via messages and calls.

Carry on and enjoy
It won’t be easy everyday and your role will be to trust the process, I’m here to guide you through the storms. As time passes and practice is made, your new lifestyle should feel coherent and satisfying.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who do you usually work with?
Anyone who’s really looking to change and improve their relation to health. My coaching revolves around creating capacity, knowledge and resourcefulness. There are 2 layers that we work on in parallel: 1. What is needed: that’s the long lasting basis. We build muscle, proprioception, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and good nutrition and recovery routines. 2. What is wanted: the part that evolves during the coaching. - There is the goal. That includes beginning to work out at home or at the gym, building muscle, improving body composition or general heath status, and injury management. (I don’t coach fat loss as a primary goal anymore, if the focus is to shrink without improving other health markers (like muscle mass) I’m out.) - And the type of training preferred. That includes global strength training, power training, hypertrophie, gymnastics, and specific capacity for sports like pole dancing, aerial and running.

I have recurring discomforts or injuries. Can personal coaching help?
I hope so! I can’t garantie anything because I’m not with you all the time, nor do I know everything (or am a doctor). But I know a bit. I have accumulated experience on different types of injuries and conditions, I’m regularly educating myself so hopefully yes. I also love to work with therapists so I’d be glad to check with them if the plan is alright. Everything will depend on what’s happening so for a proper answer I would need to know more about you first.

How often does the training program evolve?
It depends on the person and the goal, every 6-8 weeks to every 3 month. We change the program when you’re able to level up, start getting bored, need to adjust the routine or face an injury, etc.

What happens at the end of the engagement’s duration?​​
That’s up to you: if we stop there you keep access to the app the your program. If you wish to continue we can!

How long do you usually work with people for?
Around 2 years. My clients usually learn what they need and stick around because they are happy with what they get. Some people will come, reach their goal and get on with their life after the 6-8 month period and others are with me since 2020. Some also take breaks and come back when they have a new goal or challenge to face.

Do you coach people under 18 and over 50 years old?​
Yes definitely! Underages need a parents' permission but all ages are welcome. There’s not a single age that doesn’t benefit from adapted physical activity, proper nutrition or care.

I have already worked with a coach or a nutritionist/dietician before. How is this service different?
Depends on you and how you’ll approach the coaching I guess, everything or nothing can be different. If you’re here to learn a global, science-based and individual centred way of enjoying physical activity, nutrition and life in general then you might be at the right spot. If you’re hoping for a strict meal plan or a program where you faint at the end of your sessions then sorry, I’m not a coach for you.

What if my situation changes and I can’t afford the coaching anymore?
That’s ok, shit happens. We would talk it out and see if we should arrange a deal, a break or simply a clean stop. In either cases I’ll do my best to not leave you empty handed.​
