​​​Avant d’entamer le programme Upper Strength, j’avais déjà eu l’occasion de travailler avec Sarah et je savais que ce suivi changerait quelque chose pour moi au niveau de la force du haut du corps, un vrai point faible chez moi.
Et je n’ai pas été déçue!
Variété des exercices, beaucoup de variations par niveau (facile, plus dur, vraiment très dur) et surtout une immense disponibilité de Sarah 👌
En 16 semaines, j’ai découvert plein de nouveaux exercices, qui m’ont bien challengé mais grâce auxquels j’ai aussi vu une belle progression.
Je suis persuadée que cet accompagnement est vraiment un plus pour toute personne faisant des sports aériens (pole, cerceau, etc) mais aussi pour toute personne désireuse de développer sa force et sa mobilité dans le haut du corps.
Je vois aussi une vraie amélioration au niveau de mes douleurs dorsales, chouette bonus!

We have focused on mobility and strength and I feel we have had a good progress during
this period with my general health improving immensely and basically eliminated stress
related pain I shoulder, back and neck, greatly improved shoulder function, greatly improved core strength and strength in legs and girdle.

At the beginning of the coaching, I had so many mixed-up ideas in my head and didn’t really know how to make sense of them. Because you took the time to truly get to know me, understand me, and observe how I move, you created a program that matches my goals, combining flexibility, overall body work, and a clear path toward specific objectives. You identified my weaknesses and helped me work on them. Paradoxically, working on my weaknesses actually makes me feel stronger, because I can see my progress more clearly. It wasn’t easy at first, as it was very different from what I was used to. Attention, bienveillance et professionnalisme, disponible de toutes les localisations géographiques (les tiennes comme les miennes), le coaching est vraiment à toute épreuve et très riche car pluridisciplinaire.

​​​Sarah was my personal trainer from October 2017 – February 2019; I trained with her twice a week. Our workout sessions included strength/core training and cardio. I always looked forward to our sessions – each workout is challenging, creative and most importantly fun. Sarah is tough yet encouraging – she will push you to perform at your best. She places a high importance on performing each exercise correctly, so as not to sustain injury. She truly cares about you and wants the best for your physical and mental health. In addition to our sessions, I attended her mobility/stretching class weekly. Sarah is a great instructor – it is not surprising that her classes are always full. Her knowledge
about diet and nutrition is a valuable addition. Sarah has impacted me in a very
