STRONGER UPPER is born from years of coaching aerialists and performers who were brilliant in their skills but often lacked the basic strength required to make their progress stick without burning themselves in the process. 

While pole dancers have been the root of the idea, this program is designed to help everybody else just as well. The lack of upper body strength/mobility is not just an “aerialist problem”, we could all benefit from stronger shoulders, arms, and back and this is what my program and I are here to help with.

  • Aerialists, pole dancers, climbers, or gym-goers looking to optimise their performance.

  • People who want a stronger, more endurant, mobile top half while managing the risk of injury.

  • Anyone who wants structure without losing flexibility: fit your training around your life, energy, and schedule.

  • People looking for progressive training program that they can buy once and repeat at will.

If you’ve ever felt stuck because your arms get tired too fast, or wondered how to progress safely while still enjoying your sport, this is for you.

How it works

Three progressive cycles:

  • Cycle 1 (4–6 weeks): Reset and build a strong foundation

  • Cycle 2 (6–8 weeks): Increase in strength and skill progressively

  • Cycle 3 (6–8 weeks): Refine and increase power

The difficulty and volume can be adjusted to match your level, schedule, and energy.

Equipment options: Dumbbells, bands, pole/pull-up bar/rings, or gym access: choose what works for you.

 

Support & Tools​

  • Exercises and their variations demoed in English with subtitles, the program is available in both english and french,

  • In-app progress tracking (reps, weights, time under tension, etc: all the data to gauge your progression),

  • One-on-one support for questions, tips, and form feedback,

  • A one-hour coaching call with me anytime. At the start or during the program to assess your current strength/mobility, set up your routine, review specific movements, or ask any question you might have (including on food and recovery),

  • Access to the app for a year: enough time to complete this program 2-3 times. After then you get a PDF version of your program.

Two workouts per week (45–90 minutes each)

  • One session focused on bodyweight and free weights

  • One session using weights, pull-up bar, rings, or pole — you choose the variation that fits your equipment

I’m not just selling you a plan and sending you on your way. I’m here all along to make sure you’re doing things well and for long.

PRICE

FLEXIBLE PAIEMENT OPTIONS:

  • upfront 200€ for the full program,

  • 50€/month for 4 to 5 month

Both options include:

  • All workouts and their details in the app,

  • Extra resources on training, recovery, and nutrition,

  • One one-hour call with me,

  • Ongoing DM support for feedback and questions,

  • Access to the app and its content for a year.
